These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made from Montgomeryscoffee.com via this site. Please read them carefully. They do not affect your statutory rights.
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will become effective on the Last Updated Date (See above) which represents the date they are posted onto the site. By placing an order through this site you agree to accept these terms and conditions.

Cost of Goods
All prices and charges on this site are in UK pounds. Prices where applicable include VAT payable (most coffee products are currently excluded from UK VAT), but exclude delivery charges. The total cost of your order is the price of the goods you order plus any delivery charge. This information will be clearly detailed before you submit your order. Prices, goods and any offers are subject to availability and may change before we accept your order. If something becomes unavailable we may offer you an alternative but will confirm acceptance with you before dispatch. We strive to ensure that all information on this site is accurate. However, occasionally, an error can occur. If we discover an error in the price or description of goods you have ordered, we reserve the right to cancel your order at any time up to the point we dispatch the good(s) to you. If this becomes necessary, you will be contacted and informed of the error. If it becomes necessary to cancel your order you will receive a full refund of any charges already paid. We accept payment via paypals payment gateway which allows you to pay by Mastercard, Visa, Delta, Maestro and Visa debit. Payment will be deducted as soon as your order is processed.

Your Order
You will be given an opportunity to check your order and correct any input errors up until you click the Submit Order button. Following receipt of your order we will confirm to you by email the details of what you have ordered from us. Please note that this e-mail is an acknowledgement, not acceptance of your order. We will let you know if your payment details cannot be authorised for any reason and invite you to pay by another method.

Delivery
At present we can deliver to any address in the United Kingdom only.

Delivery Charges
Every effort is made to keep our delivery charges as low as possible. We do not offer a collection service. We do everything we can to meet the delivery times specified, however, occasionally delivery may be affected by factors beyond our control and therefore they cannot be guaranteed. You will be notified if we become aware of an unexpected delay.

Missing, Damaged or Incorrect Goods
If you do not receive all your products or in the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged, please contact us on the day of delivery via the email address within the 'contact us' section of the website.

Cancellations
You can cancel your purchase at any time either before or up to 5 working days following the day you receive the goods by emailing us at the address shown in the 'contact us' section of the website. Your goods must be complete and in 'as new' condition e.g. if you have opened the box to examine the goods you must have done so without damaging or marking the goods or packaging. It must not have been used. It should be returned with the original box and packing you received with it. Any promotional goods received with the product must also be returned. We will provide a delivery address for you to return the goods.If you follow the steps above you will receive a full refund of the price of the goods however any delivery charges paid will not be refunded unless previously agreed. Unfortunately it is not possible to cancel your order if the packaging has been opened or damaged on any goods. The product being returned must be in "as new" condition; and complete with any free promotions sent with it.

We don’t share information with any outside party or advertiser not directly associated with our company. We will never share your personal details with any outside party to ensure your integrity. We use e-mail addresses collected for a number of opted-in e-mail alerts and opted-in newsletters which are used to communicate special promotions and new products to our customers. All customers are given the opportunity to unsubscribe at any time, simply e-mail enquiry@montgomeryscoffee.com.

Security is very important to us. We use very secure processes using 128-bit encrypted technology and procedures to ensure your credit card details are protected. Confidential details are never shared with anyone else.

We own the copyright, trademarks and all intellectual property rights in all material and content published on this website. Any use or reproduction of the material or content is strictly prohibited.

General
These terms and conditions and all transactions relating to this website are governed by English law and are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. We do not accept amendments to these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to refuse access to this website, to remove or edit content, or to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion. If we cancel an order, it will be without charge to you, and we will reimburse any payment made by you. We are required by law to tell you that sales can be concluded in English only and that no public filing requirements apply.
